Summary

Project and program management as a delivery discipline - lean/agile-leaning, honest about where program scale needs predictive structure. Project tier: flow (cadence, WIP, cycle-time/throughput, Monte-Carlo forecasting), scope/backlog control, lean estimation, stakeholder management, operational RAID logs, honest RAG/watermelon-resistant reporting, dependency coordination. Program tier: program structure and governance, benefits realization and OKRs, now/next/later roadmapping with WSJF/cost-of-delay, cross-project dependency and integration management, capacity/funding flow with stable teams, scaling/operating-model selection without framework dogma. Leans on axiom-planning (implementation planning) and axiom-sdlc-engineering (process maturity, traceability, formal governance). Router + 13 sheets, 3 commands, 2 agents.

Using Router Skills: Slash Commands vs Direct Invocation

Slash Commands (Recommended)

All router skills (using-X skills) are available as slash commands to avoid skill context limits:

/ai-engineering # Route to AI/ML specialized packs
/deep-rl # Route to RL algorithm skills
/system-archaeologist # Route to architecture analysis
/python-engineering # Route to Python skills
/web-backend # Route to web backend skills
/ux-designer # Route to UX design skills
# ... and 12 more

Why slash commands? Router skills are comprehensive guides that exceeded the context budget for automatic skill discovery. Slash commands provide explicit, user-controlled invocation without context limits.

See .claude/SLASH_COMMANDS.md for the complete list of all router commands.

Direct Skill Invocation

If you have only a few plugins installed, direct skill invocation still works:

I'm using yzmir/deep-rl/policy-gradient-methods to implement PPO

Caveat: With many plugins installed (5+), you may hit skill discovery context limits. In this case, use slash commands for routers and direct invocation for specialized skills.

Best Practice:

  • Use slash commands for router skills (/ai-engineering, /deep-rl, etc.)
  • Use direct invocation for specialized skills after the router guides you

DevOps and platform engineering — the path from commit to healthy production: CI/CD pipelines and verification gates, zero-downtime deployment, infrastructure as code, container build hygiene, orchestration runtime, observability (metrics/logs/traces, SLI/SLO), incident response and on-call, release management and rollback, secrets and configuration, environment parity, DevSecOps and software supply-chain security, GitOps, and SRE/reliability. Router + 13 reference sheets, 3 commands (design-deployment, review-pipeline, audit-deployment), and 2 agents (deployment-strategist, pipeline-reviewer).

Architecture-level distributed systems design (router + 13 specialist sheets, 3 commands, 2 agents) - consistency models and CAP/PACELC per operation, failure models and the eight fallacies, replication and quorums, consensus and coordination, partitioning and sharding, time/clocks/ordering, idempotency and deduplication, sagas and distributed transactions (with the outbox/inbox pattern), delivery and ordering semantics, resilience patterns, backpressure and flow control, fault-injection/linearizability/deterministic-simulation testing, and cost-and-when-not-to-distribute accounting; frames correctness-under-partition as a load-bearing architectural property. Composes with axiom-web-backend, axiom-devops-engineering, and axiom-determinism-and-replay; the most glaring architecture gap that those packs only graze
