A Claude Code plugin marketplace: a context-engineering development workflow (tce) and a Git-tracked markdown ticket tracker (tmt).

Add the marketplace once, then install either plugin into any project. Both are built for everyday Claude Code work — tce gives Claude the right context at each step of a task, and tmt keeps your tickets as plain files in the repo.

Add the marketplace

# Add the marketplace (once per machine). A git URL or local path also work.
/plugin marketplace add tobyS/toby-plugins

Then install a plugin from it — see each plugin's docs for the exact command (e.g. tce):

/plugin install tce@toby-plugins

Update

/plugin marketplace update toby-plugins

Installed plugins move to a new version when you refresh the marketplace.
